Cooking instructions

In a bowl, mix 8 tbs cranberry sauce, 2 tbs honey, 2 tbs lemon juice and 2 tbs of water.

Season 2 turkey breasts with a pinch of allspice and salt and pepper to taste.

Heat 2 tbs olive oil in a frying pan and cook the turkey breasts for 3 minutes on each side.

During the last minute, add the glaze to the pan and let it thicken. Baste the sauce over the turkey while cooking.
5.
Serve the turkey with Brussels sprouts or green cabbage.
