Cooking instructions
1.
Preheat the oven to 300°F.

Season the ribs to taste with salt and pepper and place them in a roasting dish. Pour half a cup of BBQ sauce over the ribs. Flip them and pour the same amount on the other side.

Cover the ribs with tin foil, place the dish in the oven and roast for about 2 to 2.5 hours.
4.
Remove the foil, remove some of the cooking liquid to expose the top of the meat and roast uncovered for another 30 minutes.

Once the ribs are done, place them on a plate and add the rest of the BBQ sauce on top.
