Cooking instructions

Leave the steaks at room temperature for 30 minutes before cooking.

Pat 2 steaks dry with paper towel, brush the steaks with olive and season them to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Place the steaks directly in a heated skillet. You should hear the sizzle.
