Cooking instructions

Cut 1.5 lb top sirloin steak in 1" pieces. Make the marinade: combine 1/4 cup olive oil, 3/4 cups soy sauce,1/4 cup balsamic vinegar, 2 tbs mustard, 2 tbs maple syrup, 1 tbs sesame oil, a pinch of salt and some freshly ground pepper.

Add the steak tips, toss well, cover with plastic wrap and leave in the fridge for at least 6 hours.

Preheat the oven to 425°F. Remove the meat from the marinade and shake off any excess. Place the steak tips in a baking dish and pour in 1 cup beef broth.

Bake the steak tips for about 25 minutes in the preheated oven until the meat is only slightly pink in the center.
5.
Flip the meat after 15 minutes. The meat is ready when the internal temperature reads 140°F.
