Cooking instructions
1.
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Cut the acorn squash in half and remove the seeds.

Coat the inside of each half with butter.
3.
Mix 1 tbs of brown sugar with a pinch of cinnamon and a pinch of salt and dust the squash.
4.
Place the squash on a baking sheet, with the cut side up. Roast for 55 to 60 minutes.
5.
Use a fork to check if the acorn squash is tender. If not, return it to the oven for an additional 5 to 10 minutes.
