Cooking instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Peel and deseed a butternut squash.
2. Cut the squash in small cubes and toss with 2 tbs olive oil and 2 minced garlic cloves.
3. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
4. Place the butternut squash in a single layer on a baking sheet.
5. Roast the butternut sqaush for 25 to 30 minutes until light brown and tender.
