Cooking instructions

1. In a ziplock bag, combine 1 tbs of paprika powder, 1 tbs of cilantro, 2 crushed garlic cloves, 4 tbs of olive oil, the juice of 1 lime and a few drops of hot sauce.
2. Slice 2 large chicken breasts into fine slices, chop 1 red onion and 1 red pepper into small bits and add to the marinade in the bag. Leave for 30 minutes.
3. Heat a griddle pan over high heat and add the chicken and the marinade. Toss everything for 5 minutes.
4. Preheat the oven to 390°F. Check if the chicken is done.
5. Put the tortillas in the oven and heat for a couple of minutes. Scoop the chicken mixture on the tortillas and serve with a salad.
