Cooking instructions
1.
Preheat the water bath of the sous vide cooker to 150°F.

Season 1 bone-in, skin-on chicken breast to taste with salt and pepper.
3.
Place the chicken breast in a ziplock or sous vide bag and add any herbs if desired.
4.
Seal the bag just above the waterline, using the displacement method. Cook for 60 minutes.
5.
Heat 1 tbs vegetable oil in a skillet and sear the chicken, skin-side down, for 2 minutes until deep brown and crisp. Remove the bone and serve warm.
