Cooking instructions

Place 4 chicken sausages in a large pot and cover them with cold water.

Cook the sausages for 6 to 8 minutes until the water starts to simmer.

Melt some oil in a frying pan and carefully place the sausages in with tongs.

Fry the sausages for a couple of minutes on each side. The inside is already cooked, so don't leave them in the pan for too long or they will dry out.

If you need sandwich sausage, cut the sausages in half lengthwise to fry.
