Cooking instructions

Put 2 chicken breasts in a ziplock bag and flatten them with a meat hammer or a rolling pin.

Remove the flattened chicken breasts from the bag and season them to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper.

Heat some olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
