Cooking instructions

Make the marinade: mix 1 tbs salt, 2 tsp black pepper, 2 tbs paprika powder, 1 tbs garlic powder, 0.5 tsp cayenne pepper, 2 tsp dried oregano and 1 tbs brown sugar. Coat 3 to 4 lbs St Louis ribs with this mixture. Marinate for 15 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Wrap the St Louis ribs in aluminum foil and place them in the middle of the oven for 2 hours until tender.

Remove the ribs from the foil and brush them with BBQ sauce. Bake the ribs for 20 to 25 minutes longer.

Cut the rib rack into individual ribs. Serve warm.
