Cooking instructions

Pat 4 pork loin chops dry with paper towel. Season them to taste with italian herbs, salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Heat a cast iron skillet at medium-high and add 1 tbs olive oil.

Add the pork loin chops when the oil is very hot. Sear the chops for 3 to 5 minutes. Flip the chops and sear the other side until browned.
4.
Flip the chops and sear the other side until browned, for 2 or 3 minutes.
5.
The pork chops loins are ready when the internal temperature has reached 135°F.
