Cooking instructions

Remove the silver skin and fat trom a 1.5 lb pork tenderloin.

Combine 1/4 cup of dark brown sugar with 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of paprika powder, 0.5 tsp of onion powder and 0.5 tsp of garlic powder and rub this mixture on the tenderloin. Wrap it in plastic foil and put it in the fridge for at least 1 hour.

Heat one side of the grill and leave the other side cold.
4.
Grill the tenderloin for 12 to 15 minutes over direct heat. Cover the grill and grill the pork until the internal temperature reaches 140°F.

Remove the pork from the grill and cover it loosely with aluminum foil. Allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
