Cooking instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Place a large sheet of tin foil and a parchment sheet in a baking sheet.

Poke holes in 2 lbs of polish kielbasa sausage.

Create a well by pulling up the sides of the foil. Add 0.5 cup of water.

Roast the kielbasa for 20 minutes, until the skin is crackling and brownish.

Flip the sausage and roast for 20 minutes more until dark brown. Serve with mustard and a salad.
