Cooking instructions

Preheat the oven to 250°F. Pat 4 lbs of chicken wings dry with paper towel. Line an oven tray with foil to catch the juices.

Put the chicken wings in a bowl and sprinkle them with 5 tsp of baking powder and a tsp of salt. Toss well.

Spray some cooking oil on an oven rack and place the chicken wings skin-side down. Bake the wings on the lower shelf of the oven for 30 minutes.
4.
Turn up the heat to 425°F and move the oven tray to the higher shelf. Roast for another 40 to 50 minutes.
5.
The wings are ready when they have a golden brown color and the skin is crispy. Serve with hot sauce.
