Cooking instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with 2 pieces of aluminum foil.

2. Clean 2 trouts and butterfly them. Season the fish with salt and pepper on both sides.

3. Arrange 2 slices of lemon and some fresh parsley on each fish. Create parcels with the aluminum foil and seal tightly.

4. Bake the fish for 10 to 15 minutes. Check doneness after 10 minutes by carefully opening 1 parcel.
