Cooking instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with 2 pieces of aluminum foil.
2. Clean 2 trouts and butterfly them. Season the fish with salt and pepper on both sides.
3. Arrange 2 slices of lemon and some fresh parsley on each fish. Create parcels with the aluminum foil and seal tightly.
