Cooking instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F.

In a bowl, combine 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper, 0.5 tsp paprika powder, 0.5 tsp dried thyme and 0.5 tsp dried oregano. Arrange 4 tilapia fillets in a baking dish and season them with the mixture.

In another bowl, combine 4 tbs melted butter, 4 minced garlic cloves, 2 tbs lemon juice and some lemon zest if desired. Pour this over the tilapia fillets.

Bake the fish for 10 to 12 minutes until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

Serve immediately and garnish with fresh parsley.
