Cooking instructions

Preheat the oven to 390°F.

Season 4 tilapia to taste with salt and pepper. Place the fish on a baking sheet.

In a bowl, combine 5 tbs melted butter, 2 minced garlic cloves, 1/4 tsp chili flakes and the juice and zest of 0.5 lemon.

Pour the butter mix over the fish and place some lemon slices on and around the fish.

Bake the fish for 10 to 12 minutes until it flakes easily with a fork. Garnish with fresh parsley.
