Cooking instructions
1.
Season 2 soles with salt and pepper to taste. Pour some flour in a plate and dip both sides of the fish into it.

Heat 4 tbs of oil in a non stick frying pan. Place one of the soles in the pan with a small cube of butter and fry for 4 to 5 minutes. Reserve.

Repeat the same procedure with the other Dover sole.

Place both fish on a plate and remove the fish bones with a fork. Wipe the pan clean and add 2 tbs of butter to melt.
5.
When the butter turns light brown, add 2 tbs of lemon juice, 1 tbs of parsley, salt and pepper to make a butter sauce. Spoon over the fish and serve.
