Cooking instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Clean 2 trouts and remove all pin bones.
2. Line a baking sheet with 2 pieces of aluminum foil and spray some cooking oil on it. Arrange the trouts, skin-side down, on the baking sheet. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
3. Arrange lemon slices around the fish, drizzle some olive oil on the trouts and sprinkle some fresh dill on top.
4. Seal the 4 corners of the foil to make parcels. Bake the fish for 10 to 12 minutes until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
5. Take the trouts out of the oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
