Cooking instructions

Preheat the grill and spray some cooking oil on the grate.

Clean 2 trouts and brush them with olive oil. Season the outside with salt only and the inslide with salt and black pepper.

Place half a lemon and some onion slices inside the fish cavity. In each fish, add some minced garlic and a sprig of fresh rosemary and thyme.
4.
Turn the grill to low and cook the trouts for 6 to 7 minutes per side over direct heat.
5.
Flip the fish once. The trouts are ready when the skins are browned and the fish flakes easily with a fork.
