Cooking instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Prepare two large sheets of tin foil.
2. Place 2 cleaned and opened rainbow trouts skin-side down on the sheets of foil. Oil and season both sides with salt and pepper.
3. Place some fresh parsley or dill and a couple of lemon slices on each fish. Make foil packets.
4. Bake the fish for 10 to 15 minutes. Check after 10 minutes to see if the fish flakes easily.
5. Carefully remove the fish from the foil and serve with a fresh salad and herbs.
