Cooking instructions

1. Heat 2 tsp olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Season 2 trout fillets with salt and pepper and place it skin-down in the skillet.
3. Fry the fish for 2 to 3 minutes until the skin is golden brown. Flip the trout fillets and fry the other side for 1 minute.
4. Turn off the heat and melt a knob of butter in the skillet. When the butter is foaming, add the juice of 1 lemon and baste the fish with this mixture.
5. Serve hot with the butter sauce.
