Cooking instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. In a large bowl, combine 1 lb ground turkey with 0.5 tsp salt, 0.5 tsp pepper, 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce, 0.5 cup ricotta cheese, 1/4 cup bread curms and 2 tsp Dijon mustard. Knead well with your hands.
3. Form 4 patties with the meat and make a dimple in the middle of each burger.
4. Heat a cast iron skillet for 5 minutes. When hot, add 1 tbs vegetalbe oil. Cook the burgers for 4 to 5 minutes without moving them. Flip the burgers, and fry form 3 more minutes.
5. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 7 to 8 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 160°F. Serve with buns.
