Cooking instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.

Combine 1 tsp salt with 1 tsp chopped rosemary, 1/4 tsp garlic powder and 2 tbsp mayonnaise. Reserve.

Pat dry 4 turkey breast cutlets with paper towel and arrange them on the baking sheet.

Spread the herb mixture over the turkey cutlets. Sprinkle 1 tsp bread crumbs on top and 1 tsp grated parmezan cheese.

Bake the turkey cutlets for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
