Cooking instructions

1. Prepare 4 turkey wings: cut off the tips and cut the wings in two between the wingette and the drumette. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
2. Heat 1 tbs olive oil in a large skillet. Brown the turkey wings for 10 minutes until brown on all sides.
3. Place 0.5 cup diced celery, 0.5 cup diced carrots and 1 cup of chopped onion in the crockpot. Place the turkey wings on top.
4. In a large cup, empty 2 cans of cream of chicken soup. Fill 1 can with water and add this to the soup. Pour this mixture in the slowcooker.
5. Cook the turkey wings for 3 to 4 hours on high. The turkey is done when the internal temperature has reached 165°F.
