Cooking instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.

Flatten 4 turkey breast cutlets with a rolling pin or a meat hammer and season them with salt and pepper on both sides.

Pour 1/4 cup all-purpose flour on a dish. In a bowl, mix 1 cup soft breadcrumbs, 2/3 cup grated parmezan cheese, 1 tbs chopped parsley and 1 tsp dried basil. Pour onto a dish. In a bowl, whisk 2 eggs and 1 tbs of mustard.

Pass the cutlets in the flour first, then in the egg mixture and finally coat them with the breadcrumbs. Place them on the baking sheet.

Bake the cutlets for 20 to 25 minutes or until the internal temperature has reached 165°F.
