Cooking instructions

Heat the oven to 425°F. Lay out 2 frozen salmon fillets skin-side down in an oven dish.

Mix 3 tbs of mustard, 2 tsp of maple syrup, 2 minced garlic cloves, 0.5 tsp chili flakes and a pinch of salt in a bowl. Brush the salmon with this mixture.

Cover the oven dish with tin foil. Roast the fish for 15 minutes.

Take off the tin foil and roast the salmon for 8 to 10 minutes more. The salmon is ready when it can be easily flaked with a fork.
5.
Leave to rest for 3 minutes before serving. Serve with a salad.
