Cooking instructions

Season 4 salmon fillets to taste with salt and pepper. Heat the water bath of the sous vide cooker to 120°F for very moist, tender and flaky salmon.

Arrange the 4 fillets next to each other in a big sous vide or ziplock bag. Add 2 tbs olive oil. Place the salmon in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Heat the water bath of the sous vide cooker to 120°F for very moist, tender and flaky salmon. Remove all the air from the bag and clip it to the side of the sous vide cooker.

Cook the fish for 45 to 60 minutes for 1 to 2 inch fillets. When done, pat the fish dry with paper towel.

Remove the skin from the fillets and serve warm.
