Cooking instructions
1.
Leave 4 skinless salmon fillets at room temperature for 30 minutes before cooking. Pat them dry with paper towel.

Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper to taste and squeeze some lemon juice all over them.

Heat 1 tbs of olive oil in a non-stick pan and sear the salmon fillets for 3 to 4 minutes without moving them.

Flip the fish and sear the other side for 2 minutes. Add 2 tbs of butter, 8 finely chopped garlic cloves, 3 tbs of chopped parsley and 1 tbs of lemon juice.
5.
Cook the salmon for 1 to 2 extra minutes. Drizzle with butter and garnish with parsley to serve.
