Cooking instructions

1. Heat 2 tbs of avocado oil in a sauté pan or wok.
2. Fry 2 minced garlic cloves and some minced ginger for 30 seconds.
3. Chop 4 bok choy in halves and add them to the pan. Fry for 2 minutes.
4. Add 2 tbs of water to the pan, cover with the lid and cook for 2 extra minutes.
5. Turn off the stove, add salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.
