Cooking instructions

1. Rinse 2 shark steaks and pat them dry with paper towels. Place the steaks in a ziplock bag with a couple of lemons slices. Refridgerate for 30 minutes.
2. Season each shark steak with cajun spices and reserve.
3. Heat 2 tbs of olive oil and 3 tbs of butter in a non-stick pan and fry 2 minced garlic cloves first. Then place the fish spiced side down in the pan and season the other side. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes.
4. Flip the shark steaks and cook for another 10 to 12 minutes until they're well browned.
5. Squeeze the juice of a lime in the pan with 1 tbs of butter. Baste the shark with the melted butter. Serve hot.
