Cooking instructions

Pat 4 mahi mahi fillets dry with paper towel. Heat 2 tbs of olive oil in a non-stick frying pan and heat for 3 to 5 minutes until it starts to smoke.

Add the fish to the pan and sear for 4 minutes without moving it.

Turn the fish over and sear for another 2 to 4 minutes. Transfer the fish to a plate.

Add the juice of half a lemon, 1 minced garlic clove and 1/4 tsp of salt to the pan and stir.
5.
Add 4 pieces of butter and a couple of lemon slices in the pan. Let 1 piece melt before adding the next. Serve the fish with the butter sauce.
