Cooking instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F.

Cut 2 lbs of crab legs in shorter pieces, then cut these pieces lengthwise to expose the meat.

Place the crab legs on an oven tray, cover them with tin foil and bake for 20 minutes.

Make the sauce: combine 1 stick of softened butter with 1 tsp of hot sauce, 1.5 tbs of lemon juice and 0.5 tbs of sugar. Reserve.

Take the crab out of the oven and spoon the sauce over the crab meat. Garnish with a pinch of paprika and fresh parsley.
