Cooking instructions

Melt 2 tbs of butter in a large sauté pan. Add 3 crushed garlic cloves, 1/4 cup of chopped green onion. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes.

Add the clams and cook for 5 minute more.

Add 1.5 cups of white wine and 1.5 cups of chicken broth. Bring to a boil.

Reduce the temperature and cook until the clams open up. Stir in the juice of half a lemon.

Remove from the stove and add 1 tbs of butter, 0.5 cup of cream and some fresh parsley. Serve with bread.
