Cooking instructions

Defrost 10 scallops in the microwave.

Pat the scallops dry with paper towel. Season them with salt and pepper.

Preheat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a skillet and put the scallops in the pan.

Cook the scallops for 2 to 3 minutes. Flip them and cook the other side for 2 minutes.
5.
Serve the scallops straight from the pan. Drizzle with lemon juice.
