Cooking instructions

Shuck 16 oyster and reserve on ice.

In a saucepan, heat 3 tbs of olive oil and 3 tbs of butter. Sauté 2 minced garlic cloves. Add 1 tsp of lemon juice, some chili flakes to taste, a pinch of salt and pepper and some fresh chopped parsley.

Spoon a little sauce in each oyster.
4.
Place the oysters on the preheated grill and cover.
5.
Grill the oysters for 5 to 6 minutes. They are ready when the edges start to curl.
