Cooking instructions

Pour 1 cup of vinegar, 2 cups of water and 2 tbs of salt in a large pot and bring to a boil.

Meanwhile, put the live crabs in the freezer or in a bucket of ice water for a couple of minutes to stun them before cooking.
3.
When the water is boiling fiercely, place the crabs on a steaming above liquid.
4.
Place the lid on the pot and steam for 20 minutes or more depending on the size of the crabs. The crabs are done when they turn bright red or orange.
5.
When done, rinse the crabs under cold water to stop the cooking process. Serve warm.
