Cooking instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 425°F. Place baking paper in an oven tray and put the oven rack in the middle of the oven.
2. Combine 2 crushed garlic cloves with 1 tsp of mustard, 1 tsp of lemon juice and zest, a pinch of paprika powder and a few pinches of salt and pepper. Slowly add in 2 tbs of olive oil and blend well.
3. Dispose 4 halibut fillets on the oven tray and brush them with the marinade.
4. Bake the halibut for 10 to 12 minutes. Change the oven setting to "broil" and bake the fish for 2 to 3 minutes at this very high temperature, until the fish is nicely colored.
5. Serve with some fresh dill and a lemon wedge.
