Cooking instructions
1.
Pat 4 halibut fillets dry with paper towel. Season the fish to taste with salt,pepper, garlic powder and paprika powder on both sides.
2.
Pour 2 tbs of olive oil in a large pan over medium and heat for 2 minutes.
3.
Add the halibut fillets in the pan and sear them for 3 to 4 minutes without moving them.
4.
Flip the fish fillets and sear the other side for 2 to 4 minutes.
5.
Serve with some garlic butter or some lemon butter.
