Cooking instructions
1.
Fill a large pot with water, add 0.5 tsp of salt and bring to a boil.

Cook the fiddleheads for 7 to 10 minutes.

Drain the fiddleheads.

Heat 3 tbs of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Stir in the fiddleheads, 1 minced garlic clove and some salt and pepper.

Sauté the fiddleheads for 5 minutes until lightly brown and tender. Serve with a splash of lemon juice.
