Cooking instructions
1.
Wash and dry 1 head of broccoli and 1 head of cauliflower. Cut it to bite sized florets.

Preheat the oven to 450°F.

Toss the vegetables with 2 tbs olive oil and 1 minced garlic clove.

Add 0.5 cup grated parmezan cheese and toss the vegetables well. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Roast the florets for 10 minutes. Flip the florets and roast for another 5 to 10 minutes until slightly crisp.
