Cooking instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Wash 4 large baking potatoes.
2. Peel the potatoes. Leave the skin on if you prefer. Cut the potatoes into fries of your preferred thickness.
3. Soak the fries in cold water for 30 minutes to remove the excess starch. Drain them and dry them with a kitchen towel.
4. Season the fries with 2 to 3 tbs of olive oil and 1 tbs of seasoned salt or lemon pepper. Spread the fries in a single layer on baking paper in an oven tray.
5. Bake the fries for 20 minutes on 375°F. Turn up the heat to 425°F and bake for an additional 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
