Cooking instructions

Mix together in a bag 2.5 tbs of olive oil, 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 tsp of fresh parsley, 0.25 tsp of rosemary, 0.25 tsp of fresh chives and some salt, pepper and mustard powder.

Place the meat in the bag with the spices and seal the bag well. Put it to marinate in the refridgerator for 2 to 3 hours.

Heat a non-stick frying pan. Take the meat out of the marinade.
4.
Fry the steak in the pan for 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Fry until medium rare.
5.
Leave the meat to stand for 5 minutes before serving.
