Cooking instructions
1.
Peel 3 lbs of potatoes and rince them well to remove the excess starch. Cut them into quarters.

Fill a large saucepan with water and add 3/4 tsp of salt. Bring to a boil.

Reduce the heat and boil the potatoes for 15 minutes.

Drain the potatoes well. Using a potato masher, mash the potatoes until no lumps are left.
5.
Add 2 tbs of butter, a pinch of freshly ground black pepper and a pinch of salt. Mix everything well.
