Cooking instructions
1.
Wash and cut 3 bell peppers from different colors into strips.
2.
Heat some olive oil in a large pan and add all the pepper strips and saute until the skins turn brown and start to blister.
3.
Add 2 tbs of water, 0.5 tsp of dried italian herbs and some salt and pepper.
4.
Cover the pan and cook for 1 minute.
5.
Take off the lid, stir the peppers for 1 extra minute and serve.
