Cooking instructions

Before making the omelet you should decide wether or not you want to eat it with a filling. If so, you could use ham, cheese, chopped vegetables and so on. Be sure to prepare all of this before starting the omelet.

Whisk the eggs with some milk or water and add a pinch of salt and ground black pepper.

Melt some butter in a pan, heat it and pour in the whisked eggs. Make sure to fill the entire surface of the pan.

When the top of the omelet looks moist, add the filling. Use a spatula to fold the omelette in half and let the omelette brown some more.
5.
When fried to your liking, slide the omelette onto a plate with the spatula.
