Cooking instructions

1. Heat 1 tbs of olive oil in a non-stick frying pan.
2. Add 1 chopped garlic clove to the pan and brown it.
3. Add 0.5 tsp of dry parsley, rosemary and oregano, as well as 8 egg whites. Reduce the heat.
4. Mix the egg whites with a spatula and season with salt and pepper.
5. Take the pan of the stovetop when the egg whites are almost done. They wll continue to cook further in the hot pan. Serve with bread.
