Cooking instructions

Fill a saucepan with water and bring to a boil.

Add 1 tsp of vinegar to the boiling water and reduce the heat.
3.
Crack an egg in to a bow. With a fork, make a circular movement in the water until a whirlpool forms.
4.
Carefully add an egg to the water and let it simmer for 4 minutes.
5.
Remove the poached egg from the water with a slotted spoon and place it on paper towel to drain for 1 minute before serving. Repeat with the other 3 eggs.
