Cooking instructions

1. Heat the sous vide cooker to 167°F.
2. In a bowl, whisk 3 eggs, 2 tbs milk and 1 tbs melted butter. Pour the content in a ziplock bag.
3. Place the sealed bag in the sous vide cooker. Clip the bag to the side of the cooker in order to keep the bag above the water line.
4. Cook the eggs for 16 to 17 minutes. Remove it every 5 minutes to massage the content.
5. Empty the bag on a plate and season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
